Sumanta, the visionary co-founder of Xynocast. From laying the foundation of the company alongside Kashif during their college days to assuming the role of the unofficial Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Sumanta has been instrumental in shaping Xynocast's journey. With a passion for technology and a keen eye for innovation, Sumanta is the driving force behind our technical excellence. His expertise in systems administration makes him the go-to person for all technical matters, while leading our dedicated IT administration and DevOps teams.

Kunal Kaushik

Director, (Head ML & IoT)
Kunal, a college batchmate of the co-founders, has been an integral part of Xynocast since 2013 when he joined as Vice President. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated versatility, transitioning from business development to spearheading strategic partnerships. Kunal's deep expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence has been instrumental in shaping Xynocast's technological landscape. Under his leadership, Xynocast's ML & IoT team has emerged as a powerhouse of innovation, driving forward technological advancements that have propelled the company to new heights.

Abdul Rashid

Director, Head Mobile & Web Applications
Abdul joined Xynocast as the company's inaugural developer in 2016 and has remained an integral part of the team ever since. Throughout his tenure, he has actively pursued numerous skill enhancements, emerging as an expert in mobile app and application development. Additionally, Abdul has acquired proficiency in developing decentralized applications utilizing blockchain technology. His continuous commitment to learning and mastery has greatly contributed to Xynocast's technological prowess and innovation.
Kashif

Kashif Isfaque

Managing Director, co-founder
Kashif, one of the co-founders of Xynocast in 2013, embarked on a dynamic journey in the e-mobility sector after 6.5 years. He joined an engineering services firm and subsequently rose to the role of Platform Architect at Eurabus GmbH. There, he spearheaded the development of mechanical systems and embedded software for Vehicle Control Units (VCU) and battery management systems. In 2022, Kashif returned to Xynocast as a full-time director, enriching our portfolio with energy storage and vehicle engineering services, furthering our commitment to innovation and growth.
Kabya

Kabya Kaushik

Chief Operations Officer
Kabya, holding an MSc in Energy Nano Materials and an MBA in Project Management, both earned at Kyoto University, brings a wealth of diverse experience and expertise in managing operations and successfully executing projects across various industries. His professional journey includes valuable stints in areas such as robitics for chip manufacturing and GUI for managing an autonomous warehouse for KOMATSU where he has contributed to both Indian and Japanese companies. In his role at Xynocast, he leads our operations as our Chief Operating Officer (COO), ensuring the effective management and execution of our strategic initiatives.

Ritesh Raghavan

Director, Head Consultancy Services
Ritesh, a biotechnology scientist turned business leader, has traversed a diverse career path. After gaining early experience at Unilever, he pursued an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. His journey led to roles as Regional Manager and Key-Account Manager at Hexaware UK. Subsequently, at Neucleus Software, he served as Innovation Manager, collaborating on financial solutions for esteemed clients. Now, at Xynocast, he spearheads the Business and Financial Consultancy Services division, leveraging his expertise to deliver exceptional financial solutions and drive the company's success.
Abhishek

Abhshek Deora

Chief Financial Officer
Abhishek, a Chartered Accountant by qualification, has garnered extensive experience as an investment consultant and financial planner, serving various esteemed organizations. As Xynocast's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he plays a pivotal role in safeguarding our financial well-being, overseeing operational planning, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards. Leveraging his diverse expertise and strategic acumen, Abhishek spearheads initiatives to optimize financial performance and drive sustainable growth for Xynocast.
Prannoy

Prannoy Goswami

Director
Prannoy boasts a diverse career, spanning solar projects, drone technology, and power trading. His journey intertwined with Xynocast's founders when he sought indigenous software solutions to manage solar power plants. Initially engaged as a private consultant (Acting VP), Prannoy played a pivotal role in securing multiple projects for Xynocast. In 2021, he assumed the mantle of Chief Marketing Officer, steering marketing and sales efforts for the organization and its affiliates, contributing significantly to its growth.
